"Prior to working with the Recovery Nexus approach, despite desperately wanting to stop and going to meetings ~3-4 times/week, I could not stay sober from drugs, alcohol & gambling and I was going to die.  I was a miserable-depressed-nervous-wreck with little will to live.  As I write this I am 14 months sober from all of my poisons.  I have more peace of mind & serenity now than at any period during my 7 years sober.  I enjoy life deeply and have a strong will to live because of the unique method of Recovery Nexus; which also helped me connect directly & deeply with a Higher Power as well as the 12 Steps of AA.  Upon this new spiritual foundation, this is the first time in over 24 years battling addiction that I've worked the 12 Steps in order; thoroughly; with a Higher Power.
